Real time monitoring system allows the engineers or the owners to have remote access to the site during its operation. The system will record for the actual data of the irradiation, temperature, output, and all other data related to the performance of the plant including any malfunctions. This data will be used as follows:

• Performance determination of the system;
• Operation Records - Alarms, downtimes, low performance, safety issues, system availability; and
• System performance analysis for maintenance plan or enhancement program

Plant availability is the amount of TIME that the plant is able to produce energy. Performance Ratio or PR is the YIELD measurement of the actual measured energy output compared to the solar energy collected by the solar modules of the plant.
